Smokey Bear to Visit the Library!

Smokey Bear will be at Salem Public Library on Saturday, August 17th from 10:00 until 12:00. Stop in to snap a picture with Smokey! Pick up a reading log for the Smokey Bear reading challenge. Write a letter to Smokey at the letter-writing station. Check out books on Smokey's favorite topics like fire safety, forests, and animals. Free bookmarks and activity books will be available while supplies last. This event is free and no library card is required to participate.
